This design-build turnkey project involved the complete design and implementation of the plant automation system, including the specification of all instrumentation and full wiring design.
The control system was based on Siemens fully redundant PCS7 and WinCC servers, featuring double-ring redundancy with RIO cabinets distributed across the plant, Profibus communication with Festo solenoid blocks, and Profibus connections to hundreds of Simocode motor controllers.
We developed the detailed Functional Design Specifications (FDS) for plant operations in accordance with S88 standards.

- On-site supervision of control system installation
