In this project, we delivered a complete control system for a brackish water desalination plant, based on an existing design by a third party. The plant produces 20,000 m³/day of drinking water.
Our scope included:
- Developing the full control system application for plant operations
- Preparing the detailed Sequence of Operation
- Integrating communications with third-party package suppliers’ control systems
- On-site supervision of control system installation
- Performing comprehensive I/O checks
- Conducting full plant commissioning and start-up operations
This turnkey approach ensured the desalination plant operates reliably, efficiently, and safely, delivering high-quality drinking water to meet the required standards.
